A small update

If you've visited before, you'll likely notice that the page looks.... different. A lot different.

I fell victim to WordPress breaking my webpage. I got behind on updating my plugins and didn't back up my site appropriately and paid the price.

But we rise, friends! I took the opportunity to do a little bit of a rebrand of the site and to think about what I want to post here. I'm planning on a little bit of historically inspired fiction (heavy emphasis on the fiction) alongside the posts on things more related to my research.

Hoping to get back into my podcasting - we'll have to see how to get those hosted again since they used to live on my site before being escorted out to the various places where podcasts can be found.

Anyway - glad to have you here, and welcome to Mostly Monarchy!
